Say It Ain't So Joe

Senator Joseph Lieberman of Conneticut lost his bid for the Democratic nomination to retain his seat. Many attribute the loss to his support of our involvement in the war in Iraq. The photo of him playing kissy-face with George Bush at the State Of The Union Address didn't help either. Instead of accepting his loss,he has decided to jump the party line and enter the general election as an Independant. Well, shoot me in the foot. Either his intelligence went out the window or his ego has blown off the roof. We won't be hearing about Joe for long.
