That's My Perrogative

Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown have decided to put an end to their often tummultuous relationship. They think that it's time to start dating other crackheads.

United We Stand............Divided We Fall

This television season has contestants on "Survivor" pitted against each other with teams divided based on race. T.V. has not seen this kind of racial divicivness since "The View." I am proud to say that I watch neither one.

Survey Said..........

A recent survey at Baylor University said that 91% of Americans believe in God. The survey also said that 18% believe in The Loch Ness Monster. Anybody want to buy a bridge?

GOD HATES FAGS

According to Leviticus 18:22 homosexuality is an abomination and cannot be condoned. Christian protesters at a Gay Pride Rally in Dayton, Tennessee last year made that point very clear with their Bible waving chants. What I want to know is how do these "God Squad" members choose which aspects of the Bible they are going to adhere to and which ones they are going to ignore? Is it decided by church elders or is a vote by the congregation taken? According to Exodus 35:2, any man who works on the Sabbath shall be stoned to death. I have never seen the Christian Police waiting outside the employee's entrance at Wal-Mart on a Sunday holding a bucket of rocks. According to Leviticus 21:20, no one is to approach the altar of God if they have a defect in their sight. Now, I was at a Baptism recently - in a church - and I saw people approaching the altar for Communion and a number of them were wearing glasses. What gives? Now slavery is illegal here but Leviticus 25:44 states that it is o.k. to own them as long as I purchase them from a neighboring country. So do I buy a Mexican or a Canadian? Selling my daughter into slavery is sanctioned in Exodus 21:7. Since I don't have a daughter, that point is moot I guess. Leviticus 15:19-24 says that I am allowed no contact with a woman during her menstral uncleanliness period. This one is a bit dicey. I am a bit uncomfortable asking women if they are on the rag. According to Leviticus 11:10, eating shell fish is an abomination. Red Lobster would go broke if no Christians ate there. Touching the skin of a dead pig is unclean according to Leviticus 11:6-8, so I guess that the members of the N.F.L. are nothing but a bunch of slobs. Now I know that plenty of people violate Leviticus 19:19 by wearing garments made of two kinds of threads. Do we pull out our loud speakers outside The Gap or should we head over to Neiman Marcus and expose these sinners? It is expressly forbidden by Leviticus 19:27 for a man to have the hair from around his temples cut. I guess that when I go to Super-Cuts that I am knee deep in Heathens. So to all you so-called Christians out there - why don't you practice what you preach? I guess that you are more concerned with your "Political Agenda" than your "Spiritual Agenda." God Bless You.

Let Us Prey

Polygamist Mormon sect leader Warren Jeffs has been captured and charges of rape and child molestation by him are mounting. He has brought new meaning to the phrases "Jesus is coming" and "He has risen." Providing middle aged men with multiple underaged brides in the name of the Lord is both sick and perverse. He put more than the fear of God into his follower's children. I would like to know why this has been allowed to continue for so long. Yes, the local authorities in Colorado City are also members of his sect, but there are higher levels of law enforcement available. Back in the 1960"s there were blatant Civil Rights violations in numerous communities where authorities turned a blind eye to what was occuring, so the Feds came in. The sad part is that many young people in this "cult" have been seriously abused both physically and mentally. I guess that all I can say is, THANK GOD I'M AN ATHIEST.
